The Sidwell family is one of the sweetest, most genuine, and most adorable families you could ever meet. They are beginning the process of adopting from the Philippines and needed some new family photos for their dossier. When Janna, who is a fellow photographer, reached out to me about taking some photos in their home, I was honored! It’s always a privilege to be able to document another photographer’s family, but also what a gift to be able to contribute, even in a small way, to their adoption story!

    From the minute I walked into their home, I knew that love abounded there. There’s a certain gentleness and an incredibly sweet spirit about the three of them, and their affection for Jesus was evident and overflowing, particularly when they shared their heart for adoption and the road that lies ahead of them. It was truly a JOY to spend an evening with them, and I love the images that came from it!

   I cannot get enough of James’ big blue eyes and gorgeous pouty lips. And those cheeks! Keep your eyes on this one, mama! He’s gonna be a heartthrob! 😉
