Kairos Studios
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our natural light studio + event space on historic Main Street in St. Charles, MO. This space boasts more than just a prime location, it features giant windows, white walls, a seating lounge, a table and chairs for clients or co-working, and a small kitchenette.
Our hope is that this will become a hub for creatives + the community as we open our doors for photography + videography, content creation, creative co-working, and community events.
HOURLY RATES BEGIN AT $85/HR
A LIMITED NUMBER OF MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE
AND BEGIN AT $400/MONTH.
Weekday Rates
Monday-Thursday
$85/hr (1 hour minimum)
4 hrs - $325
Full day rental - $600
Weekend Rates
Friday-Sunday
$105/hr (2 hour minimum)
4 hrs - $400
Full day rental - $750
Studio rates + memberships
- A designated number of hours in the studio
- Access to the studio calendar
- No minimum booking time
- Use of backdrops, props, furniture, and themed setups
- Use of kitchenette and access to coffee maker, drink fridge, etc.
- Private parking
- Free entry to creative co-working days
- 3 month commitment with month-to-month options after that
- Can book additional studio time at a discounted rate
All rentals include access to our natural light studio and use of all furniture and backdrops.
Membership space is incredibly limited.

The Collective is a network of creatives in the St. Louis area that seek to encourage and grow alongside one another in our craft through monthly workshops, creative co-working, tailored cohorts, networking opportunities, and community events.
The Collective is open to creators of all kinds: photographers, writers, visual artists, digital artists, musicians, crafters, content creators, and more.
