Everyone, meet Ryder, 9 days new. He is just the sweetest, calmest little guy who LOVES his mama! So much so that he couldn’t hardly stand to be away from her during this session! Amey had driven over 3 hours to come to our home studio for a Ryder’s newborn session and was much more interested in snuggling with his mommy than posing for me! So instead of fighting it for more hours, we just turned the studio session we planned into a studio lifestyle session with Ryder and Amey! And I’m so glad we did.

    I think there’s something so incredibly special about a newborn and their mom. Maybe that’s because I’m sentimental as my girls seem to be growing too fast already or maybe it’s because it’s so true that you only get these moments once.That is why it is SO important to document them! You will cherish these memories forever, but so will your babies. Because babies don’t stay babies forever and there’s going to come a day when this little guy will be thrilled that he has these sweet images with his mama when he was just a little peanut!
