Cinco de Mayo Wedding at Boo Cat Club | Dan + Julie

A perfect day. An incredible couple. A Mission Taco Bar. An alcohol-filled pinata. A shout-out for these two over the air at the Blues Game (Julie is part of the stats team for the Blues!). The best group of people. And a long-awaited celebration that was 100% worth every moment that led Dan + Julie to it.

When I first met Julie, she teared up just talking about Dan and the journey that brought them together. God had been faithful and she was still in awe of His favor. At their engagement session, I could instantly see why she was over the moon to marry Dan. It was clear he put Jesus first, he was gentle and kind, and he loved Julie so well. What a gift God has given these two in one another!

Planning a May 5th wedding day would have been incomplete without a few nods to Cinco de Mayo, like their delicious taco bar from Mission Taco, their succulent cupcakes, and the super fun pinata filled with treats and whiskey, obviously. Beyond that though, the day was gorgeous from start to finish. And it wasn’t just Julie’s stunning lace and tulle dress or the perfect weather or the always fabulous Boo Cat Club; it was this amazing couple who were surrounded by amazing people who have prayed for them, cried with them, supported them, laughed alongside them, and gathered round to cheer them on for Day 1 of their new marriage! It was such a JOY to witness the covenant they were making together and knowing that these two are going to change their world because of it!

Dan + Julie, thanks so much for inviting us into your story. You two are beautiful in every way and we were honored to document this day for you. Cannot wait for you to see the rest of your images SO soon!
